Kaitlyn Sears & Sally Steele Present: Return to the Heart, A Morning of Yoga, Reflection, & Sacred Connection

Join us for a 3-hour immersive women’s gathering blending gentle yoga, soulful connection, and heart-centered reflection, designed to help you pause, tune in, and realign with the deeper wisdom already within you.

This gathering is a nourishing space to slow down, reflect, and remember your wholeness in community with other women. Together, we’ll honour the land, our bodies, and the intuitive wisdom that emerges when we create space for stillness and soulful conversation.

This Gathering Is For You If You’re Craving…

A space to slow down and listen to your inner voice

Movement that feels nourishing instead of depleting

Practices that reconnect you to nature and the sacred feminine

A community of women supporting each other on their unique journeys — without comparison or judgement

A summer reset for your nervous system, your heart, and your soul

This is a space of belonging, not performance, of honouring, not productivity. Of remembering, not reinventing.

You don’t need to be “into yoga” or have any prior experience, this is about coming as you are and leaving a little more grounded, radiant, and whole.

Let this be a morning to soften, to exhale, and to remember what it feels like to be connected — to yourself, to the earth, and to a circle of women sharing this sacred space.

The Experience

This experience blends gentle yoga, pranayama (breathwork), a short guided meditation, soulful connection, and heart-centered reflection — all offered in a supportive, invitational, and nurturing space.

Weather permitting, we’ll walk down to the beach to practice yoga outdoors — deepening our connection with nature’s rhythms, the ocean’s soothing sounds, and the sacred feminine in each of us.

Includes

Lemon water/tea and light refreshments

A take-home guide to start a daily self-care practice
