Note: Masks must be worn anytime you are away from your mat, but can be taken off during instruction.
Class sizes are limited to 50% capacity indoors in accordance with Nova Scotia Covid-19 Restrictions, so pre-registration is necessary. No drop-ins at this time. Please bring your own mat.
Cancellation Policy: you must cancel three hours before the class to have your pass refunded.
